60-Hour PRINCIPLES & PRACTICES REAL ESTATE SALES PERSON COURSE

This is the entry level (60) hour course required by the State of Connecticut, to get your real estate license and is a prerequisite for taking the State Exam. The course is designed to provide knowledge about principles, practices and law.  

Passing the course exam with a 70% or higher is required.

CLASSROOM is VIRTUAL LEARN IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME - (12) day sessions from 10:30am to 3:30pm or (12) evening sessions 5:15 pm to 10:15 pm Saturday and Sunday for 6-weeks.
